Mary and I began our journey at the trailhead to the Dix Mountain area.

After signing in at the trail register, we hit the trail.

Mary took lots of photos along the trail.

First was Round Pond........

Then Twin Pond........

Then some rest, relaxation, reflection and eventually, after quieting the inner dialogue, some composing......
